I highly recommend QuickTime to view these videos. I apologise for it being in two parts, but the limits of size require them.

Should you need to force QT to run these, launch it from your Start Menu and the select Edit→Preferences→Quicktime Preferences... Then select the File Types tab and make sure that MPEG is selected under the MPEG section! You may have to restart your browser, though....
